The first measure you can take is staying up to date on OSHA training. In many industries, employees are required to receive on-going training. Sometimes this training is off-site, while other times simply watching safety training dvd’s will suffice. Ensuring your employees are completing safety training not only fulfills OSHA requirements, but also promotes a safe workplace environment.
